Re-energising the garden

It’s so lovely to see the colour from the flowers forming in summer but there are always some dull spots in the garden. I was looking at my lack lustre faded wooden bench and thought I can paint that a bright colour to give some energy to this part of the garden.

At B&Q I quickly spotted the perfect bright colour and got to work the same day. Some quick sanding and enthusiastic painting soon gave me the piece I needed. It cost me £27 and I’d re-energised this lovely bench and part of the garden.

Luckily I was able to team some garden chairs with left over fabric we schemed for our shop window and stole a cushion from display to add perfect floral finish. Fabrics all from Osborne and Little.
